Return and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7 calendar day return and refund policy from the day you receive your product. This policy applies to all products available for purchase on our platform.

Return Process

• Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. You will need to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

• Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all the accessories, labels, and tags intact. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

• Shipping Returns: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

• Return Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Refund Process

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exceptions

• Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for a return or refund. If you have any questions about whether a product is a final sale, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service team.

Standard national shipping is USPS. Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands may experience longer transit times). Magnolia & Me, Self Care does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. 

Standard international shipping times are usually between 7-20 business days depending on your country and customs clearance. 

We are not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, customs and so on charges you may incur.
