Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Prices for expedited shipping vary based on the weight of the package and the destination. Delivery estimates for expedited shipping are 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress via the USPS website.

Shipping Process

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Days: USPS ships Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with USPS to address the issue and, if insurance is purchased, a replacement will be sent to you.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to factors outside our control, including weather conditions and postal service disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses might be longer due to military handling procedures.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7 calendar day return and refund policy from the day you receive your product. This policy applies to all products available for purchase on our platform.

Return Process

Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all the accessories, labels, and tags intact. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
